hi

I have had the Windows 7 32-bit RTM for just over a day and find the Aero Peak too slow to display the thumbnail images. :(

My computer is quick, with 2.2 Core 2 Duo, 3GB RAM, Nvidia Geforce 8600m 256MB DDR3, so clearly my laptop isn't the problem. It takes about 1 second to display the thumbnails, I think that's way too slow.

1. How can I make it display thumbnails quicker? Which speed do you recommend?

2. Will changing the speed increase memory usage of Windows processes?

Thanks, :D

Mani

I used to have it really low too, but i noticed it also changed the speed at which new info is shown for certain items in the start menu. So i think i only have it at about 200..
