Welcome
You dmps are showing code 116, and that can be a problem as small as a driver, but can be hardware, such as memory or worse
atikmpag.sys
You can update the driver.
If it is anything else it is most likely hardware related. Since it is new, you may want to exercise the Warranty. I know from past experience, too many changes will void the warranty.

thank you so much sir for your kind response, i actually check her event on her system and there's an error called bug checked event id 1001 something like that , and i'm not pretty sure if that will be a big chance of suddenly BSOD, it might you have some idea about this one,
anyway about the warranty the shop said that they might repair it but no exchange of product , do you think that is possible for a warranty because her laptop bought a weeks ago and then when she experienced that one i advice her to update her laptop but again it happen..thank you very much

The BSOD information comes from the dumps that you submitted. As I said they show code 116. We can update the driver as I said, but anything else, will void the warranty. Yes, you will continue to BSOD until the problem is resolved. Did you update the driver?

OK in my firs post, I said that it could be expensive hardware, memory, motherboard, CPU, etc. Have it checked by the company that sold it to you. If you bring it to a shope and they make changes, it will cost you and you will not longer be under warranty
