You can use Vista drivers on Win 7, you may have to use http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/316-compatibility-mode.html

i formated the pc to windows 7 32 bit i downloaded the vista driver and it is working perfect now.I didn't use the combatibility mode.Thank you again for your time you helped me a lot I appreciate it...

Glad to hear everything is working. I didn't figure you would have problems with the Vista driver working with Win 7 32 bit. I had to use a Vista driver for my old Pc, when I installed Win 7 32 bit and it worked perfectly.
