ello chaps
still not got them in
im getting mixed replie's when i ask about the power requirements. my psu is a xfx core edition pro 750w 18months old. most people are saying that 750w is enough to run them but as im running 2 monitors the cards will use a lot more power even at idle.. so what ya think folks? theres no way i can afford a new psu untill early next year. install one card or 2?
using this calculater http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine it suggests 575w. if i add 25% to the capacitor aging it says 706w
coolermaster psu calculator says 700w too.
in this thread people are saying that they're running 2 x 670's on less than 750w http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.aspx?m=1752597&mpage=1
i just dont want to be killing things
