Solved Two Wireless Mice and Keyboards Side by Side

I just installed a Logitech wireless mouse for my laptop (should have done it years ago) which normal sets right next to my desktop. Now I am thinking of adding a wireless mouse and keyboard to my desktop. Will there be any conflict between the two. If I move the laptop mouse will it move the desktop mouse's cursor on the desktop and vice versa?

It will depend whether they both operate on the same frequency. That may happen if they are from the same company. You would be safer if one of the mices would be wired.

Logitech has a series of wireless keyboards and mice (mouses? meese?) that use a Unifying Recveiver. The receiver has to be set in the computer to work with specific compatable mice and keyboards (up to six devices on each receiver). Using a separate receiver on each computer and setting each one to the mouse and keyboard you want will prevent interference. I have one mouse set to my notebook and a keyboard and two mice set to my desktop. The notebook's mouse will not work on the desktop and the desktop's mice and keyboard don't work on the notebook.

He should be fine. I occasionally have 2 of the same Logitech wireless mice in use at the same time within a few feet of each other with no issues.

I just got back into rc cars and they now use 2.4ghz radios, which is cool since you don't have to worry about crystals and frequency's.
this past weekend we were out with our cars, all 3 of the same, 2 with the same radios, and the third was using a different brand but all where 2.4ghz.
Transmitters get tied with the receiver, just like a mouse and keyboard get tied to the receiver on a pc.
