Either your VGA cable is shorting out or not properly connected. Try to remove and reconnect your VGA cable and see if it fixes the red tint. If not, try another VGA cable. Also if you are using DVI to VGA adapter, try to use another one. If that still does fix the red and pink tint, your GPU is going to retire soon. I used to have this problem with my computer before. I just replaced the VGA cable plus the DVI to VGA adapter and the red and pink tint were gone and never came back.
In addition to the above, check the colour temperature setting on the monitor. A warm setting increases the red content, whereas a cold one increases the blue. For best results, I suggest the normal setting or, if available, sRGB. In addition, if not using the native resolution of the monitor, adjust your graphics settings so that you are.

Same thing happened to me earlier this week when I finally got my 19 inch.
I thought it was the screen, accidentally touched my VGA cable and it fixed it.
I was really glad so, try that out!

I have try another monitor it's working fine. I connect the monitor on my cousin dekstop it's still give me issue when I turn on the monito black background turn reddish and light blue them turn pink.
Use a phone or anything that outputs video and plug it to your monitor and see how that works. If you do have an xbox 360 or a ps3 you can use the hdmi (not sure if there's one on the monitor but it should have it) in/out to test it out.
From your screenshot it does look like temperature adjustments though. If you've tried correcting it on the monitor check out your driver package and go to the UI of it to look for any temperature adjustments that may have changed there.
