This is the first time attempting to create a repair disc.
Can you tell me why it will not let me?
I read a previous post about possibly deleting a partition but that cannot be the case. Although the laptop came from the school I am attending but it was brand new, the back-up says it is not set-up also.

I'm glad it worked for you and others. As for the other services that seem to have caused the same problem, they may use the same method for securing the volume. Windows searches all of the mounted volumes, but it cannot access those which are encrypted so it wigs out.
