Sorry for the late reply but I was just going through your thread and saw it on your first post.

I think we are dealing with a bad hard disk here, please back up anything you have on it and get it replaced as soon as possible.

Can i use the program to fin the name of the harddrive so I buy the correct one?

Take it back to the vendor/shop you purchased it from and tell them to replace the hard drive.

Btw can you download and install Speccy maximize it, click on the Hard Drive tab and snip the S.M.A.R.T status of the hard disk?

Dont think that one worked. It tells me to select a drive to run a test but it wont let me select the drive from the list.

Is this actually what hdd health say about your hard drive? Did you wait for a minute for the application to fully load? Open hdd health again and wait for a minute or 2 for it to fully load the health status of the hard disk.

This is how mine looks. I waited for few seconds and that's how it looks when the application loads completely.

Is the laptop under its warranty? You said that its a new laptop in the starting of this thread
