Thinking of changing new case, suggestion?

Molex to HDD adapter? Never heard of it, is it expensive to get one or it just cheap? I want to get one because i need to use more hard disk in my case.

Here you go,

The molex (sometimes called LP4) goes in the white end then it splits the power into 2 (Black)HDD connectors(also for DVD Players)

Note that for the HDD to work, you also need a SATA Cable. Il assume you have an available connection as most motherboards supply 4+.

In the for what it's worth department, I've built a lot of computers in a lot of cases, but my favorite was my Cooler Master HAF X. It is a large case with ample space to run wiring behind the motherboard, airflow is absolutely great and you will never have to ask if any component will fit in your case. It has 2 hot swap drive bays in the front and space for I believe 6 more inside. It also has a 200mm fan on the side to cool graphics cards, and it does make a difference.. Just my 2 cents.

I don't think I need a picture, I know what exactly the SATA cable looks like, but I'm sure I connected all SATA cable to the motherboard already, which means even I have the molex you mention, I won't be able to put more hard disk inside anymore??

I was gonna get the HAF edition, but my father told me to use the elite 431 plus first because his paying so in the future I will change to another bigger one if need to. I'll see if is necessary.

Every 2 USB ports are connected to a USB header, be it 1.0,2.0 or 3.0, A USB header is where the connection between every USB port Takes place (except the original ones in the back of the Mobo)

so basicly it is like plugging a internal HDD through a USB cable.Using the adapter I uploaded, The header will split up into 2 usb ports, which another adapter turns a single port into a SATA connection and then you can plug your HDD in

the PCIE one is much neater, but will need a PCIE slot that isnt being used (the small one) basicly it turns the pcie output into 1or2 SATA inputs, this is essencialy like adding another 2 SATA connections to your motherboard, just in another part of it

Oh, I see. But I did heard that my friend said it can be made to 4 connection? Or am I hearing it wrong? Anyway, is it possible to make one cable to connect up to so much hard disk?

the pcie can handle lots of connections(over 4 if you need) but remeber the more they have the more they cost. the information you heard is right

Well, some of the things you mention here I cannot get it in Malaysia, need to be import from other country. So I cannot use it. I already ask my friend that build the PC for me, I mean his kind of like always help me to do computer things so I'll ask him any of these too before buying it.
