Hello Wean.

I am not sure if HP's own Vista drivers work with Windows 7. If not, here is how you can install optional MS / Windows 7 drivers for your printer:

• Start Menu > Devices and Printers > Add a Printer > HP > HP PSC 1310 Series Version 6.1.7111.1
  
• Click two times Next

Your printer shoul now be installed.

It should be there. If not, you have to click "Windows Update" button and wait that the list is updated. Notice please: this update can take several minutes. Just wait, when update is done you'll see the list again and can choose your printer.

When you clik the button I marked in this image, you have to wait! It can take 5 minutes, even longer. Just wait.

I can not send you this driver. It would be impossible for me to extract necessary files and registry entries.

Try once more, wait as long as it takes for update to refresh the list. I have to say it once more: it really takes long time, and it is difficult to know if it's updating because there is no indicator to tell that.

Was just thinking about something: what build is your Windows 7. I know this driver works with build 7100 or later.

Yes , I have a "Windows 7 Builds 7600.16385_x86 RTM"

Official Windows 7 RC build 7100 and RTM build 7600 include this driver. Like you read earlier in this thread, Wean found and installed it just like I told him. Same thing with you: if your Windows 7 is not a bad torrent or leak, the driver is there.
