okay I'm looking at this and before we do anything can you follow the instructions here
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

The actual error you are getting is related to your usb driver, or possibly a device plugged in via usb. I'm suggesting the above because several root system files don't seem to have the right tags on them.

I tried but when i do that my bsod appears it didn't finish the scan.
And now I'm from safe mode with networking
and it appears that i can't do it from here
any other advice ?

If you have not already please uninstall Daemon tools. Please also download and run this tool, if the uninstall button is not grayed out click it and let the tool run. DO NOT click the install button it will install a harmful driver that is known to cause BSODs on your pc.

C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and see if you can find SPTD.sys it is still listed in your drivers in your crash dump for some reason, if you find it delete it. Next if you could please Enable Driver verifier and let your system crash again, then once the system has crashed (this could take up to 24 hours) Disable Driver verifier run the SF diag again and post the new crash dumps. Here is a tutorial on how to enable and disable Driver verifier:

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

WARNING: If you can not boot normally after enabling Driver Verifier please boot into Safe Mode and then disable Driver verifier, you should then be able to boot normally.

Run Memtest86+ for 9-10 passes (TIP: do this overnight it will take hours). Here is a tutorial on how to do that:

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

please post back your results.

Hello Dsprague i deleted the file STPD.sys like you said and I enabled driver verifier.
In driver verifier i selected only the unknown drivers and one tunngle driver - tunngle is a software for lan
Then I restarted my computer and i booted it in normal mode - I am making this post from normal mode
And now i made Maguscreed's suggestion about SFC.
I tried sfc /verifyonly and the results are in the picture below
also i added the log file - if it helps anything
should i try sfc /scannow ???
And i didn't get a bsod since I deleted STPD.sys and enabled driver verifier
I tried to run Memtest on usb but I cant boot my computer from usb - it doesn't show
So i tried from cd - I burned the file into the cd but it still doesn't works
Sorry about that

I would run the /scannow command with SFC because it states that there are integrity violations, and the /scannow command will clear up the violations.
