Can someone pls, tell me the steps to get this membership ? I just messed up the thing.

Go to the link on the first page, choose subscription( $19 for students or $99 for nonstudents), make payment, set up web account and wait for email with info on how to log in their MSDNAA site for downloading software.
It will take couple days.

I am registered i paid the 19$, but my username that i registered with the ACM web account isnt recognized. do i need to register extra for that site? how ist the proceeding.

The user name for ACM web account is not the one for MSDNAA. They will set you up with info for login there after payment is processed.

thats a good question, i am from Poland and they had no issues with the regstration and the payment. Will see when the payment is processed. i hope it will work...

Just checked the web account and the payment was approved and I had the choice to opt in for the MSDNAA access and in 24 hours I'll receive the email with the url and login info. Hip, Hip Hooray!

Yes you download it and get a key also.

"Weird" or not, if this works I'm doing it. Feel sorry for all the folks that shelled out 200$, while I'll only be missing 19$...

Also do you you have to keep paying $19 or is it a one off fee? What happens if you download and then cancell your subscription? is teh OS still vaild? Will it work?

Got my web account working yesterday, now it's saying that I'm not an active member on login... so what's up with that, also I don't see myself getting charged for subscribing.

Did I mess up something or does it take longer, I'd say its around 15h from filling up the form and all web account creation.
