Solved login failed

I can't access some other websites I get an error says login failed your browser failed to save the login cookie. I think exede high speed router have something do with it login failed I hope someone help me fix it.

I am using firefox, IE and Chrome those three browsers are giving me the same result login failed.

I have Kaspersky Anti Virus 2013 and CCleaner. The man installed new exede (wildblue) via sat router on my computer last fall I think it has something do with it.
