You should always have your files backed up externally. If you don't have flash stick, external or another internal HD, or it won't fit on DVD's then you can back it up to the web free using a method like Sync, Backup and Store your Files to the Cloud with Skydrive - Windows 7 Forums.

Thanks, will keep in mind of what you share. No use now, i need save some of my picture to a flash drive, as the rest, those are not important because i did a install of Win 7 not long ago.

@gregrocker, so losing my D drive it's because of my partitions problem? Able to get it back and does it affected my storage? Like the size?

I have no idea what your D drive was. Did you keep your data there, was it for storage, was it a Recovery partition? Please clarify.

Whatever it was, it was wiped out when you wipe the HD. Do you want to create a second partition now? What do you want this for exactly?

If you mean you have downloaded the latest driver for your card just rollback to the previous driver. Also please reply to the post #43 above!

If you have downloaded and installed a new driver for your graphics card and it is causing problems just roll back to the driver that worked OK. So I don't know what you mean when you say "So just to check, I can't have the latest driver downloaded?" You are working on your computer, not me, how do I know what driver you have. You downloaded it!

Use the Display and all other drivers delivered by Windows Updates. Install all Important and Optional Windows updates after enabling Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3).

If your display is lacking or has any problems then import the latest driver from the PC or device's Support Downloads webpage.

Chill, you seems like angry.. Yes, I do understand what you're trying to say. I mean, why can't I have the latest version of nvida drivers installed in my pc, rather than using back the other version?

Yes, I did went to nvidia website to update it, used the scan my pc and I updated it, once I restart my computer, blue screen problem is back..
Oh, sorry I was kinda of busy and I wanted to replied you today, but after restarting my com, I got the blue screen and I get so worried so I post about that issue yet again as its the main topic all along.
About the D partition, I thought I do have an external hard-disk.. But I have verify already. So no issue and again. Thanks yet again.
