I really dont have a proper idea about Silicon Power SSDs. I can say that the model is SPCC SSD101. For the more information, your may look at the drive itself, or in any user manual provided with it. 
For the SCSI driver, first try in the board manufacturer's website. If you cannot find any appropriate driver there, get it from JMicron, but not the eSATA one.
The CPU is not overheating actually, but at a critical level of heat. Make it sure that there is no dust allocation in the air vents and the fan grills. If there are, dismantle the PC and clean the vents and grills. Also apply thermal paste to the CPU.
Anyway .... I guess you now try to observe that is it still BSODing at the startup or not.
