Hi there,

I'm using Windows 7 RTM, installed it only yesterday. if I attempt to download anything it takes forever to do anything, yet web pages appear almost instantly. For example I can go to a web page on my own site and try to download a ZIP, it sits there, seemingly waiting for something. If I do the same thing with another computer a Windows 7 RC laptop on my network, the file download starts instantly.

This happens to YouTube aswell as pretty much every site, any ideas what's wrong?

Nick.

Hey Mickey!

I have no idea what that was all about but it's actually working fine again today. I had tried restarting the machine and network adapter separately but it hadn't helped. Another odd thing was that it was reporting 123mb/s download speed at most speed testing sites!

Weird!

But back to normal now (for now) lol

Cheers anyway.

Nick.
