I followed the instructions in the 1st link that you gave..and it shows the CBS.log is corrupted, and I need to reboot to fix it.

The Windows installation is counterfeit - an ASUS OEM_SLP Key on an ECS motherboard cannot legally activate.

The Office installation is also counterfeit - using a Blocked Volume License Key

Yes, it does - if you purchased this machine with Windows pre-installed, you were sold a counterfeit installation of Windows.
If you purchased the copy of Windows, it is counterfeit, and you should attempt to claim a refund
If you paid someone to install Windows, then youshould claim a refund

In all cases you should inform MS of the piracy.
