Solved Microsoft Office Click-to-Run 2010 (Protected)

Every time my PC boots I am nagged to update Microsoft Office Starter.

1. Microsoft Office Click-to-Run 2010 (Protected) ... is an installed program

2. Microsoft Office Starter 2010 ... is another installed program
​

Both unsolicited by me on my Laptop (I know that is what MS do !!)

"Click to Run" smacks of trusting the hungry lion to guard the lamb !

Q1: How do I safely uninstall Office Starter from (I presume) Q drive ?
Q2: How do I safely uninstall "Click-to-run"
Q3: How do I remove (not hide) virtual "Q" drive

Personally, I would suggest REVO uninstaller which is good for removing any programs completely.

Please use them and let us know the results so we can advise you if required.

For many months I have assumed "Click to Run" Office was a 64bit install on a Win7 x64 PC.
RevoUninstaller (free portable) does not recognise 64 bit programs AND the virtual "Q" drive had me bluffed.
There are many threads on the web by people with sticky "Q" drives.

All my agony for nothing.
If I had only looked at the "C:\Program Files (x86)" to see "Click to Run" Office is 32bit even on my x64 PC
Uninstalling MS Office 2010 "Click-to-run" was sooo simple !

... Even the virtual "Q" drive has disappeared.

I did download the latest RevoUninstaller v1.9.5 portable to replace my v1.9.0 from 5 months ago
and it worked a treat on both 32bit and 64bit PCs.
Even the Office program files/folder is gone.

When I get some time I will run CCleaner -- I am very cautious about what I let CCleaner "delete",
preferring to white list files I don't recognise or understand -- blanket deletes are suicide !
