Do you have warnings in your Event Viewer that pertain to VSS? I have lots of them & am kinda taking a wild guess that it's related to Click -to -Run but don't know how to check for sure so this is my starting point, looking to see if I'm not the only one. Here's a screen shot of what I mean.
