The only things you want checked inside msconfig is MSE and Windows Operating System

I have disabled all that you have asked and enabled the TrueSuiteService application to make sure if the problem is fixed and unfortunately, it is not.

As of now, I only use the fingerprint security for my windows logon. But I have been thinking of using the scanner more often for more protection for when using the internet.

I have malwarebytes pro installed on my computer along with MSE. I have the excluded the files from both of these programs that Malwarebytes recommended so they do not conflict with one another. However; every scan I do with Malwarebytes and MSE always comes back that no threats are detected.

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Drag the FRST64.exe from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

Right click on FRST64.exe and choose

When the tool opens click Yes on the disclaimer window .

Press Scan button.

FRST will let you know when the scan is complete and has written the FRST.txt to file

The first time Farbar Recovery Scan Tool is run, it makes also another log Addition.txt

Please upload both logs in your reply.(FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

But here it is again,
derekimo came up with this link which might explain why it's irritating ie10,
Mostly because they need to update the utility so it's not part of a Virus it's just not compatible with ie10,

Save as type : All Files

Location : Desktop

How long has this been happening ? Cause your PC is malware free to my knowledge ? You could even run Eset Online Scanner but it will come out clean .

To be honest, I have only noticed this happening for the past few weeks. But after discovering this problem, in case of this being a malware or virus issue, I have been using google chrome.

I ran the scanner while using google chrome like you suggested and no threats were found.

Yes I also said it will come out clean. Looks like its that fingerprint software not working right with IE10 .
