I uploaded the file but certain things I could not get using the SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe

A very least information is available from what you supplied. Try to execute the SF Diag Tool once again, if it provides some more info there.

And, upload a snapshot Using Speccy.

• Download and install Speccy.
• File> Save snapshot.
• Save it on desktop.
• Zip it and upload it following following http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/9733-screenshots-files-upload-post-seven-forums.html .

upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

1. Click on the start button
2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

• Download and execute Driverview
• View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
• Edit > Select all
• File > Save Selected Items
• In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
• Zip the .txt file and upload it.

Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

Check if the Power Supply Unit (PSU) supplying adequate power to the computer or not.

Also let us know the wattage of the PSU.

Install the AMD chipset driver. AMD Chipset Drivers
Update Realtek network driver from Realtek
Also I would suggest to uninstall any Macrovision product being installed there ( Macrovision SECURITY Driver).

Yes, there was problems. Machine Check Exception. WHEA Uncorrectable Error.

Have you performed those tests I suggested? Let us know the results when done.

Not done with all of them but will finish it by today or early tomorrow

OK finised the test memtest passed, for the video card i did not know how long i should do it so i did it for 1-2 hrs.

For the power supply i use about 400 watts and the supply is able to provide 640 watts but some of the stuff I was a bit unclear so I just did what I could do. I also installed the chipset driver and updated

I have not gotten another BSOD message but I still have some kind of problem that I am not sure what is happening. For instance, at random, When I move my mouse the pointer would move very slowly and will not respond but if I spam click my middle mouse, my computer would respond to my mouse but it would also get worse by appearing more and more frequently unless I do a restart or a shutdown. So I was wondering if you have any suggestions with this problem or if it is related to the bsod problems I have been having

It happened somehow the same with me, too. That driver is buggy in some cases. Install the 314.22 WHQL only.

• Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
  • 3D Vision Control Driver
  • 3D Vision Driver
  • Graphics Driver
  • HD Audio Driver
  • PhysX
  • nvidia Update
  (Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
• Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
• Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Download 314.22 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:
