Solved BSOD when using Facebook / Youtube & Photobucket ??

Hi all,

I have no idea why but when I try to use Facebook, Youtube or Photobucket, I get a BSOD, the latest can be seen below:

I took my laptop to a local repair company who did a 'pc tune and clean' but the issue is still their.. I notice when opening task manager and opening one of the three sites mentioned above the CPU usage floats around the 90% - 100% mark.

I sell on eBay for a living and use photobucket to upload and host all my imagery, facebook for managing my business FB page and paid adverts with Facebook ads manger, and lastly youtube for both social and commercial reasons.


I have tried to upload the .dmp file, but it comes up saying its an 'invalid file' so will not let me upload it
If any body requires any further information, please let me know
