Thank you!
I followed the first quotes steps in full, uninstalling all the drivers in programs and features, restarting when need be, booted in safe mode, ran the DDU, uninstalled the current and previous drivers, booted again but in normal mode, download the 314.22 installing only the PhysX using the clean option in custom, rebooted in normal mode, updated to a more stable driver (331.58), and disabled the power management of the PCIe to Off.

I will admit, there were a few things I didn't fill out, as I was a bit clueless, so I can't say this is 100% accurate. Things like what my SSD is kind of had me at a blank since I ordered this pre-built years ago.
3 - The Screenshots are attached to the zip file for the idle mode and FurMark, I'm running Prime95 now as well. Did you want me to wait 2 hours like the links says? I wasn't sure, and don't want to strain my computer too much. I don't think temperature has much to do with the freezing, as I can play games no problem, it only really freezes at random when on Youtube or Facebook, but runs perfectly with video games (at least so far).
I have to say, this took quite awhile, but I learned after some research just how unstable nVidia drivers have become, which is a shame. If worse comes to worse, I may just replace my GPU with something else. Hopefully I can play ACIV and COD: Ghosts without too much lag or issues, because the last two drivers I downloaded caused a ton of problems with frequent freezing and such, as I already explained. I also see that I'm not alone when visiting the nVidia forums, many setups and builds seem to be experiencing similar problems, with BSOD and such. I hope nVidia fixes the issues they've been having lately, this is frustrating.
