I have check other forums of this type of BSOD and found that it has to do with "athrx.sys Extensible Wireless LAN device driver from Atheros Communications, Inc" of which i have a desktop with no wireless at all, no wirless adapters...nothing only wired, so i have no idea how im possibly gettting this error of a driver that i do not even have. Although i did see that the BCP4 was different on my end then this posts: http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/190099-random-bsod-bcp1-0000000000000008-a.html

alhough im sure that does not make much difference of the errors, i.e. i think it means its just in a different location not a different error intirely, so im am highly confused.

All info i could find possible to grab of my OS and of the BSOD;

TEST 1: i'v left all programs as they where to see if this was a 1 time thing but it happened again out of the blue ( :roflmao: not intentional pun ) and the file is attached that was sudgested before so there should be enough information now (hopefully). As of test 2 i will disable IObit mailware fighter from here on, if there is a blue screen i will report it if it is the same code otherwise i will wait a week (2 days) and if there is no bsod's with the same code this will be marked as solved, any other bsod's with different codes (first code only) will be placed in a new post, hopefully i get no more bsod's afterwards but i also hope it isnt IObit mailware fighter as it is quite good. I will take note, if the bsod dosent happen again within the week, that i will try to notify IObit of this trouble.

p.s. if it happenes again, after test 2 is compleate, i will do the same as above but test 3 will be IObit mailwarefighter being uninstalled (only problem is that can realease viruses ,that where contained by IObit Mailware Fighter, so my other protections may not catch putting my OS at higher risk  ).

So now...we wait... :sleepy:

EDIT!: majour threat realised (took me a while to see this) by norton on IObit Mailware Fighters .tmp storage, there where 2 of
W32.Virut.W's (http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2007-092718-3700-99&vid=37816&product=Norton%20360%20Premier%20Edition&version=21.1.0.18&plang=sym:EN&layouttype=ESD&buildname=Retail&heartbeatID=492FBF94-441C-4DF5-9845-2AF3D426E1E5&env=prod&vendorid=&plid=69&plgid=4&skup=21223126&skum=21297746&skuf=21222958&endpointid={492FBF94-441C-4DF5-9845-2AF3D426E1E5}&partnerid=&lic_type=16&lic_attr=21156882&psn=CPV6WQ2TVJ7J&osvers=6.1&oslocale=iso:AUS&oslang=iso:ENG&os=windows)

detected on

1: 24/10/2013 6:46:32 PM
2: 24/10/2013 6:49:26 PM

They have both been automatically removed

REMOVAL OF IObit Mailware Fighter: downgraded to 2 days for test 2, if another virus is detected in IObit Mailware Fighter within the time of now and the next day it will imedietly be removed from all OS's within my possesion that have this progam installed IF none have been detected IObit Mailware Fighter will be kept disabled for a week then it will be activated for a week to test if any viruses come from it, (this was not needed as the problem was found) if even one is detected IObit Mailware Fighter will be removed, if none it will stay disabled for 3 months. A full scan using norton 360 is currently being run then Advanced system care will run a scan.

This means I cannot be as thorough with IObit Mailware Fighter due to protection issues.

To those reading this that currently have IObit Mailware Fighter i suggest you scan it using another virus protection ASAP.

started the norton power eraser to deep scan my OS, no viruses found 3 suspected: magiclauncher 1.2.3.exe, packman.exe and frapsvid.dll
all removed except magic launcher as it is trusted by me (iv used it for nearly a year now and nothing bad from it)

(4/12/2013 2:03 PM) second deactivation day, no blue screens or anything bad

(8/12/2013 10:51) no bluescreens or errors sins 1st deactivation!

You should uninstall that program, not to disable only. Disabling will keep the filters and drivers present in the system.

For the gaming issue, people in Gaming - Windows 7 Help Forums may have some good idea.

For the gaming issue, people in Gaming - Windows 7 Help Forums may have some good idea.

ill do that after the problem is solved on IObit forums, otherwise ill have no way of getting more logs if needed.

also i forgot to thank you for your assistance!
