Unable to boot windows and Stuck while loading ACER erecovery

A few hours ago I was using my laptop when it suddenly froze.I forced shutdown by holding the power button and now I cant boot windows it gives me a black screen only so I tried to restore but when I went to acer erecovery by pressig alt +f10 it only tells me to please wait a moment(I waited for 2 hours) and nothing happened. I tried to enter safe mode by pressing f8 but it does nothing and I don't have the recovery disk :/ I searched the internet and found nothing.
I'm a noob to laptops and pc :/ I may have found a solution but I don't even understand what to do

It will not effect your personal files - only system files.

I do not have the system repair disc.It didn't come with the laptop

Get one from the internet. E.g. here: Official Windows 7 SP1 ISO from Digital River « My Digital Life
