Need the correct command to run Chkdsk on more than one drive

Hi, can anyone help with the correct command to run Chkdsk on two drives.... Drive letters C: and D:

Ideally I'd like Chkdsk to check both drives and fix errors on reboot and I'd like to save the correct command for this in Run-Command's Favorites.

Additionally I'd like any advice that you can offer on how to check encrypted drives for errors and also external drives. Each time I try to check these drives I get prompted to force a dismount then get a message saying that they will be checked on boot. The problem is that they won't be mounted on boot and as far as I can work out - error checking fails.
