so a little while ago i bought a new cpu and mobo (see specs) and got everything working but after a while i started getting blue screens so i started doing some tests but never realy got an error so i searched for a solution on the interwebs and found out it could be that the memory is not getting enough voltage so i raised it to 1.6 and i didnt get a bsod for 4-ish days but today i got some wierd issues with my gpu it would stutter in every game but the wierd thing was the fps was fine so i wanted to restart my pc but just when i clicked the shotdown button it gave a bsod the same one i got a few of a couple of days ago but after it gave an bsod i restarted it did the same stuttering thingy again so i installed a gt520 and guess what issue stoped and then i reinstalled my 560ti and stuttering was gone so... i have no idea
oh and i already reinstalled win becaus of a personal fck up
and temps are definetly not a problem

so the stuttering was the drivers fault and the bsod was memory?
What leads you to such an inference?
i had a wierd cind of lagg the day i got that bsod it was not fps related just lag so i wanted to restart my computer and then i got a bluescreen wich i asume is the ram's fault since i got 3 errors in a row when doing memtest86
If you find memory corruption in hand, first of all you have to eliminate it.

If there is any issue remained even after replacing the RAM, then that can be troubleshooted.

And, a faulty RAM may cause any sort of error including display driver failure.

but the wierd thing is: i tested it 3 times and all 3 times it gave an error so becaus it said pc3 kingston bla bla i asumed it was slot 3 so i tested that one alone... no errors so i tested both of the kinston sticks still no error then i put everthing in no error so i have no idea why it gave 3 error and after that none

Usually things should not behave eccentric. May be there is some seating problem of RAM sticks and that got solved by removing and re-seating?

To be sure, run memtest86+ again for 8 complete passes.
