I asked and was told he had changed his email and had to re-register on SF. He isn't shown as banned or expelled.

Thanks for the kind words guys......but I just got really lucky with the chip I bought!
This thing has been beyond a "Golden" chip, I just got to showcase it. It could have been anyone of our names next to it.

The killer thing to me is, this chip is only 300Mhz away from 2nd Place (in Sandy Bridge class) on the CPU-Z World Records Page but I'm afraid to keep pushing it....lol Can't afford to replace her at this moment. Then again I'm a OC'er so any ideas to get her there?

Either my cooling is more efficient that I figured or I got lucky on the chip, but I have not been over 50C on torture tests. I can POST at 5.3 but I can't get to the desktop

Yeah it is a lot of volts for 5GHz really Steve, I don't think the E series were designed for Extreme overclocking but that being said I imagine a 5.2 would be possible but I really don't feel like frying another CPU for the sake of a couple of 100 MHz lol.

My daily is 4.6GHz at around 1.25V, I am currently testing at 4.7GHz and so far it appears stable at 1.310V
