Hello!
I restarted my PC this day and it really took so long to shutdown. It was like forever. I force it to shutdown and run a safe mode with cmd. I try to chkdsk and it said that it has found errors but will not run because it's on a read-only mode. What should I do to fix this?
Thanks!

Don't do that - if you can help it.
Leave it overnight - if need be.

Ok. Here it is. My HDD has 2 partitions namely [C: and D:]. Since I am not using D: so I try to normally run a disk check on elevated cmd. It found errors. But cannot continue since Chkdsk cannot run in read-only mode. Same as C:. It has errors. I try to manually disk check on C:. And as usual, the computer ask me to reboot. After my reboot, it started the Disk Check process. After the whole 5 steps it rebooted itself (which is I think, normal). After it rebooted, a prompt saying "Check disk The system type is NTFS. The disk is clean" appeared. Then it normally loaded the desktop. I opened elevated cmd again and try to run a check disk even in Read-Only mode. And still it found errors on both drives. What should I do?

PS: Attached here is the post of CMD screenshot and the Check Disk Log file. Thanks!

This does not happen every shutdown. By the way, what should I do with my disk? Command Prompt said that it found some errors?

I'll ask others to comment on your chkdsk results.

You have been using the Command Prompt method.
Suggest you click on your Computer icon
Right click on the C drive
Select Properties
Click on the Tools tab
Click on the Check Now ... button
Make sure both boxes have a check mark in them.
Click on Start button.
Your PC should request a reboot. Do it.
The second half of the check is run during reboot.

Please report the results of the Error-checking.
