Solved system restore on a win. 7 emachine now will not boot

After the loading windows screen I get a blue screen saying a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent loss of data. I logged into the computer once and started a system restore, now it will not boot.

Sure it's stopcode 6B?

6B is a disk subsystem error and the update may not be the root cause of the issue.

Cause

Any part of the disk subsystem can cause the PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED bug check,
including bad disks, bad or incorrect cables, mixing different ATA-type devices on the same chain, or
drives that are not available becuase of hardware regeneration.
This bug check can also be caused by a missing file from the boot partition or by a driver file that a
user accidentally disabled in the Drivers tab.

Sorry for the delay I wanted to make sure it was 6b and it is. I got the computer used, a friend gave it to me and after I entered the password it
logged in fine. I wanted to remove the data from it (and any malyware) so my brother said I should do a system restore I did not delete any files on it. Once the system restore finished it rebooted and I got the stop code. I have since been unable to properly boot up. Using ubcd I managed to track the issue to a specific sector, but that did not help me and I lost the paper I had written it on. I do not have a win. 7 o.s. otherwise I would just wipe it and reinstall. Any ideas?

Do you have a readable COA (Certificate of Authenticity) sticker on the PC?
If you do, you can do a clean reinstall and use the key on the COA sticker to activate Windows.
The COA sticker will show what version the license is for, such as Home Premium.
