Shorcut link.... icon is messed up

as ya'll can see the when I create a shortcut link the icon is messed up.

1- what caused this?
2- how can I fix it?

Does it affect all apps or just this one?

If this happens with all shortcuts that you have or create, then you might see if the lnk download in the tutorial below may be able to restore the default associations for shortcuts (lnk) for you.

it affects all... but everything is fine now... weird.. dunno what caused it...
