I have two hard drives, a 1TB sacara barracuda 7200rpm HDD and a 250GB sacara barracuda 7200rpm HDD. The 1TB HDD says it only has 931GB, which I believe is from the NTFS formatting. The 250GB HDD, however, says it only has 116GB available after I deleted everything in it and used the command prompt to reformat it with NTFS. What could be causing this? Is there really only 116GB available?
Thanks,
Here is the command I used to reformat that:
format D: /fs:ntfs
