Do you mean you want to completely uninstall and get rid of opera mail? If so you can download a program called revo uninstaller that will completely get rid of the program, program folder, and all registry entires. You can download the program from the following link:

Well; thats a fairly easy one. Click start, then click default programs, then choose the top link and go in and set the email client to none.

Well; I just looked myself; and it appears there is not a way to de-select it. Even though there should be. You may just have to uninstall it to get rid of it.

Edit; I was wrong about that. It appears you can disable access to it. Click start, click default programs, then click the very bottom link and in there will be something for your email. There you should be able to tell it to use your current email setup.

Hi there

I HATE "Uninstallers" like REVO and other stuff like that.

If the wretched program doesn't install properly then RESTORE your system from a decent backup image before you installed the program -- you should ALWAYS take regular backups before installing software -- doesn't take long and if it doesn't work or uninstall properly then simply restore again -- shouldn't with most hardware take more than 30 mins with a proper backup program.

If you aren't doing regular backups then start TODAY.

Cheers
