If you really are interested, why not just try it for two weeks or so. I bet if those who currently double click really did that, a great majority would find (probably to their surprise) that the perceived or preconceived disadvantages of single clicking simply do not exist and that it is simply easier and more efficient to single click. Of course this is just my opinion, no more or less valid than anyone else's, but the only way to really find out for oneself is to try it for a sufficient period of time to fully adapt and then decide for one's self.I understand the point of the thread, but I'm just having a hard time understanding why people like single click better, and I haven't really seen a good explanation so I was just asking for one.
