I appreciate all the help. I've been dealing with these BSOD for months and I'm beyond frustrated.

I'm running the program now. I have noticed that whenever I do run a full scan with Trend Micro, it freezes up my computer.

Uninstall the Trend Micro software. It advised to use Trend Micro's own uninstaller located here:
Uninstalling Trend Micro program using the Diagnostic Toolkit

Then reboot.
Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials from here: Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Leave the rest of the startup applications disabled for the time being.

What are the two Gadgets you have running?

You want me to permanently get rid of Trend Micro?

How do I check the gadgets?

You can save the Trend Micro downloaded package (or whatever medium) but uninstall it. You shouldn't have more than one "real-time" AV running at the same time. It's more common than you think that some AVs will cause memory corruption and BSODs. Installing MSE for test purposes is a way to protect your PC while diagnosing your problem. MSE will not cause BSODs and is used here frequently. It's fast and fluid with the OS and requires little overhead. You may decide to keep it or not but It's free.

The Gadgets, if active, would appear on your desktop.

I'm hesitant because I've heard MSE is very basic when it comes to protection. I'm using it now for testing purposes.

Only things I'm running now is MSE and Chrome. I've unistalled Trend Micro.

That's common "misinformation".

Microsoft Goes From Cellar to Stellar in New Antivirus Test

I've been using it since it was made available. Also installed it on my XP machines. I've never had a problem or a BSOD. No single AV will catch everything so safe browsing and common sense is as much a part of AV as having another stand alone scanner like MBAM.

Is MalwareBytes worth buying? Or does the free version do just as well?

I've had more BSOD since uninstalling Trend Micro

Plus many pages (including this site) don't load completely. In this state I am unable to include the attachments for the BSOD.

I've started a full scan of MSE 45 minutes ago. How long do they usually take?

A lot of the guys here have purchased the Pro version of MBAM. It is a real-time AV and scanner where as the free version is just a scanner. Just about anything would be better than TM. I counted no less than 99 modules loaded for TM. That's a ridiculous number and uses up a lot of resources. Most AVs use 4-8 and even eight shows a noticeable burden on the system.

Go back to the System Startup list or Clean Start (Boot) tutorial and enable the following two ONLY (besides MSE), then reboot.
Akamai NetSession...
Ralink Wireless...

Update Chrome. Be careful of extra software that may load with it.

I forgot to clean out the previous BSOD so the attachment will reflect older ones as well. My bad. One of the BSOD had to do with Ralink again, but I don't know about the other one.

The dumps are all over the place. Something is corrupting memory on the fly. Did AdwCleaner report anything when you ran it?

Download Autoruns from here: Autoruns for Windows

Unzip the files to a folder then double click on Autoruns.exe. No install is necessary.
Do NOT uncheck any boxes in the main screen. In the menu bar, click on File and select Save. Save the file to your desktop. This will create a file named Autoruns.arn. Zip this file and upload it.

Added: Forgot to mention - Before saving the file, click on Options in the menu bar then select Filter Options. Make sure all boxes are unchecked EXCEPT "Verify code signatures". If the Rescan button becomes active, click it.

It should look like the image below.
