Corsair fan power inverting

Hi. Can i switch the connectors around to make the fan spin the opposite way? Dont ask why please. And if possible can someone tell me which ones they are?

I believe you are talking about pwm fans, you have to turn the fan around. Look at this wiring diagram

I may be wrong, but I don't think fans are designed to work in reverse......sure you can make them spin backwards but the whole air flow dynamic and engineering that when into the fan is now worthless.

Its not the mounting. The fans themselves make a horrible noise because of my mod. This happens fan side up. They are against a radiator too.

Try taking it apart again, then put the blade back on. The vibration seems to indicate you didn't get it back on right. Is the paint job even and smooth?

Yep, doesn't take much to upset the balance of the blades, paint will do it when the coats are not exactly the same. Dust buildup on fans will do it.

Meh... ill just buy some new ones then.
