So The blue screen thing started about 10 days back , last time i re-installed my windows and uninstalled random drivers and temporarily fixed it but the laptop was really slow eventhough i continued to use it but today i got the same problem and this time it didnt let me login in normal mode it just allowed me in safe mode . so i tried many things googled a bit then again i went to my plan A , which was to restore to a previous working point , After taking longtime to restore my laptop showed that restore has failed but for some reason the blue screen didnt appear but the boot time has really increased , which is not normal . I came across this BSOD , i have followed the steps as given in the thread

i am attaching the zip file
i would really be thankful if you can tell where the problem lies .

When the driver is removed, the associated device will not be detected.

I went here .... Download Drivers, put these values ....
Then clicked on "display results". It redirected me to 14.9 WHQL. Mobile

You cannot install this driver? Do another fresh download. If it does not match still, there is fair chance that the GPU is not working.

Let us have a look. Upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Me? Nope! You must have got something fishy there. Uninstall it, whatever it may be.

Then let us check the drivers there. Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

  • Download and execute Driverview
  • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers ==> Must!
  • Edit > Select all
  • File > Save Selected Items
  • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
  • Zip the .txt file and upload it.

Hi Manoj.

First of all, QuickHeal is a big time crap. Desi product, but a real crap. Forget the investment on it as a bad one; use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Next, free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window. It will open the system configuration window, with the "general" tab selected.
    • Click the "startup" tab. Uncheck everything other than Apoint (it needs to be auto start) > Apply > OK.
    • Click on "services" tab. Check the "Hide all Microsoft Services"; Click "Disable all" > Apply > OK
  3. Accept then restart.
And, if you dont use bluetooth very frequently, disable it in device manager.

Update Marvell Yukon 88E8059 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller from Marvell - Support - Driver Downloads . Enter the bold numbers 88E8059 in the part number field and get the marked one. Update Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter from https://www.atheros.cz/atheros-wireless-download.php?chipset=37&system=6. Click in this button only in that page: Follow http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/97061-driver-install-device-manager.html to install the driver.

No other driver is a must to update right now, but some drivers should not be there, those are factory bloatwares. If the computer continues to issue, we will have to take proper care of them, but not right now.

Let us know the results. Specially if the boot process improved or not.

YOUR RADEON DRIVER HAS stopped responding and has JUST RECOVERED.
Bad news. Specially when it is happening with the latest version of the display driver.

Do three things on a test basis.

► 1. Uninstall your installed latest version of the display driver.

Then clean up any possible leftover.

Then install version 13.9 WHQL only.

► 2. Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.Take a screenshot of the furmark window before closing it. Upload the screenshot for us.

► 3. Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/311593-speccy-publish-snapshot-your-system-specs.html .

That quoted error is too random to be caught by a stress test, but a try is needed.

i cant see name of AMD RADEON 5650
It just shows STANDARD VGA GRAPHIC ADAPTOR
I tried using recovery disk ..it got stuck in between i forcefully restarted it
i cant do a fresh install as well as this windows installation can pre-installed .

but right now i dnt see any blue screen and its letting me login in normal mode too but the problem is that at bootup screen i get Pattern of many Dots in different color ..its like a mesh of dots ..also the AMD HD RADEON 5650 name dissappeared from the device manager list...when am trying to install software for amd radeon ..either am getting some kind of error or after installation am coming across the bluescreen with the error i mentioned earlier
i dont feel like changina nything to it right now ...i have exam on 16th of this month and i live in a remote place
i will try to use the laptop as it is till that date and then will follow ur suggestion if nothing happens :)
thanks a lot mate ..people like u are helping me and others selflessly i really appreciate it

Update ::: I tested few things and now whenever am Installing Drivers for AMD be the basic old version or the one u asked in above post or even the latest one am getting the blue screen ..tried it 8 times different ways and everytime its the same so after logging in safe mode i went to device manager and uninstalled AMD RADEON 5650 whenever am doing this am not encountering bluescreen and its letting me login in normal mode ...after loggin in i follow ur instruction and used the software to remove everything related to AMD ..but as soon as i logging in am getting this ...am not connected to internet but somehow its finding the drivers for above 2 things and installing automatically
qqx0yv.jpg

Also since i told that i got stuck in between while recovering when am booting in safe mode using the software i read this msg " RECOVERY PARTITION ,First NTFS BOOT SECTOR IS EITHER UNAVAILABLE or Corrupt

Any ideas ? After trying out so many things now i at least know how to get rid of bluescreen - that is just by removing radeon from device manager and not installing amd software

You are doing wrong things and arriving at wrong decisions. Have patience, otherwise you will not be able to draw the right inference. Try to understand the situation.

As the AMD graphics is not accepting any driver there, that means it is over. You need to get a new graphics chip there.

STANDARD VGA GRAPHIC ADAPTER is nothing but the port enumerated display .... uses only the 15 pin d-sub and similar ports. It will show the name of the card as the adapter's name, but not using the chips of the card there. It is the minimum display available.

Nothing else you need to do right at this moment but replacing the display chip.
