Random BSOD due to USB_bugcode

I just had to do a full restore to factory settings because system restore failed. For some reason, now, my computer has had two BSOD screens due to a USB bugcode. Before I did the restore, I kept getting a warning that USB port could not recognize the USB attachment (when there was no outer USB attached). I haven't got that since the restore, but in its place, I get the BSOD.

I have run the diagnostic tool and am attaching the file. If anyone can help, I'd be forever grateful. Thank you.

USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.

Let me know how this goes for you.
