BSOD at startup not able the cause

Wrong mouse move and I get BSOD. It finally crashed my GTX580, just got new card GTX970, everything worked fine for 5 days and now right after startup if I move the mouse, try to open browser. It crashes. Safe mode works ok. Please see attached the BSOD and msinfo32 .nfo and .txt

STOP 0x00000051: REGISTRY_ERROR

Usual causes: Hardware failure, File system corruption, Security issues

Checking the dumps as a starting point of troubleshooting will be good.

thnx for the reply but my system is not generating minidumps ,
My Startup and recovery is set to save them to %SystemRoot%\Minidump, and from the image above you can see that it did not save the dmp. I have 2 in C:\Windows\Minidump that are 3 months old and no new ones can be created. thus i posted the zip with msinfo. but here as requested the DM log

I also performed sfc /scannow and chkdsk and both came back with 0 errors.

What is a Georgia Operating System? I never know about it!

Unfortunately the crash dumps included in the zip are old enough to have the idea of the continuing present. But they have one thing common, they are pointing to hardware error.

It is Platform Specific Hardware Error Driver. Before anything, the first thing that I would say that I will not use a RAID (the most vulnerable thing) which is older than the OS (Not Georgia but Windows 7) is.

Windows 7 was released on July 22, 2009; so it should not be compatible with this RAID.

If it would have been my PC, I would disabled RAID and performed a clean reinstall with AHCI.

Thnx for the info. I have no idea what OS Georgia should be. This machine was custom built 11/2011 by Icon Computer Solutions, Computer Repairs Clearwater, FL 727-210-0555 and had no issues at all until 5/2014 ( BSOD started appearing ) and no hardware change until couple days ago where I had to change the graphics card. This still does not bring me any closer to a solution or the actual culprit.

for stop 0x124 issues, it requires a great lot of tests to have a fair idea of what's the failing hardware.

You till havent done any test yet, and not that one that is suggested already.

Sorry I dont know how can I give a pointer to the fix button. But as you are saying that teh issue started after replacing the graphics card, remove it and apply another one. See how it goes.

I have no idea what OS Georgia should be.

Who registered your account in SevenForums? If not you, ask them what is a Georgia OS. It is put by them/him.

If you didn't put this in the My System Specs then who did?
It had to be put there by someone logged into the account you are logged in with.

I think I found a culprit,
I have 4x8gb sticks , the system was reading only 24.
When my graphics card started failing I was testing everything including memory and was moving the sticks around. So I ended up placing them like

Top left:
- blue
Bottom right:
- black
- blue
- black


Now I checked each stick and to my surprise only if they are placed in blue slots they work. Otherwise if I place them in black slot the system beeps and wont boot up. This happens only if I use 1 stick and not all 4.
I figured out that the color code means dual channel and they should have order but why does the system fail to boot if I put only 1 8gb stick in black slot?

One small suggestion concerning your ram.
Use the motherboard manual. Install your ram only as the manual indicates. Do not vary from the instructions.

Sometimes it helps to verify the manual that came with the motherboard with the on line manual. Sometimes the on line manual will have updates to the original manual.

If the proper ram isn't installed properly it will cause all kinds of problems.
Which will make you and Arc just go in circles.
