BSOD at startup, error 0x00000116

Hello,
i have i huge problem,and i cant solve it alone. My problems started about two weeks ago, when my laptop's (dell studio 1558 (mid 2010)) screen one morning just was black i didn't even light up. So after a few days of checking i found that my hdd was dead so i replaced it reinstalled OS and everything was fine. Till now. Again in the morning i started my laptop and puff... the screen is black. So i attached another display and i saw BSOD that said atikmpag.sys error. And i only reached desktop through safe mode so i am in safe mode only now. I collected some logs for you with dmg log collector you said in another thread and added it to atachements. Please help i don't know what to do anymore.

The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/367109-display-driver-uninstaller-how-use.html

Remember to remove Catalyst and only install the graphics driver.

I did everything you said but nothing changed. When i removed drivers with ddu my laptop started without blue screen but stil only on extrrnal monitor and after i instaled latest drivers, same blue screen shows again. My laptop monitor shows nothing still. But 1 thing changed my external screen connected through vga port start showing strange collor some green bars ... Is there anything else i can do?

I added a photo how my screen looks like now.. And the resolution is horrible i think its 640x480.

I cannot run fun mark it says : could not initialize ZoomGPU. Funmark startup failed. Bye.

Hmm, i think this is a failing GPU. Can you borrow a friends GPU and check?

How can i do that its dell studio 1558 laptop how can i replace my gpu if its in mothermoard?

You should take it to a local computer repair shop and they'll do it for you. It's very hard when it's in the laptop.

I not new to hardware repaire and my gpu is amd radeon hd5400, and it is integrated into motherboard so they cannot change it they can only change whole motherboard, but how do you think is it woth to change motherboard , couse my motherboard cost about 150 dollars plus work, and i recently have changed hdd, maybe its more worth to buy new laptop insted repairing this one, by the way this is 5 years old. I am afraid that if i change motherboard then in some time the cpu or rams will fail.. Whats your opinion?
