Solved Locked out of my only administrator account.

I am currently locked out of the only account in my windows 7 computer. I restored it from Windows.old due to a virus problem and forgot the password for the administrator that I was using at the time. I have no way of accessing safe mode or a command prompt and I do not have an installation disk. This is the only computer I have access to. Is there any way I could reset the password and/or account? I have nothing necessarily important that I can't just reinstall.
I am currently using Windows 7

The sad truth is no, lol. Everyone I know has updated to windows 8 by now. And somehow got rid of their discs. Either through EBay or other means. That was actually my first thought though.
