Without filling in your system specs in your user CP nobody can guess what hardware you are using thus hard to diagnose your problem. Go to user CP top of page the click edit system specs and please fill them in. Fabe

There shouldnt have anything to do with hardware specs at this level. I used to run IE8 on XP pro. Deleting browser history is fast. With the same hardware configuration but running Win 7, the deletion seems to take a much longer time. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance

Similar problem deleting browsing history in IE8
I'm using Win7 pro 64 bit and I've noticed when I delete my browsing history in IE8 the first delete browsing history window with the progress bar opens and goes away quickly but then a second identical progress window opens and it hangs there. I timed it and it clears at about 55 seconds. Has anyone else had this issue? I clear the history after each use so I think it should only take a few seconds as it did in XP pro with IE8.
