PC Freezes during gaming

Hello All,

Since a week of 2 i have problems that my whole pc freezes, i cant do anything anymore. mouse is not moving/keys are not functioning/ sound freezes.
only thing helps is to manualy reboot my pc, after this it works for a random time and it freezes again.

but the funny part is... this only happends while i am playing world of warcraft,
i reinstalled w.o.w but that didnt fixed it. i looked into old threads and the reffer to the graphic card.
my graphic card is updated to the last driver version.

so can anyone explain and help me what is happening, i made logs(see attachment)

you have eliminated the possibility of the driver, but it may be the card itself, try a friend's cardin your machine and see what happens.

isnt it strange it only happends during world of warcraft,
if i play games that need more performance form cpu and grapic card like battlefield 3 the freezes are not happening

Hey,what about your HDD? You should test it for errors. The main cause of computer "freezing" is damaged HDD.
Download HD Tune and scan your hard drive with it

i did a check my bios is out of date. there is a beta version is it wise to use that?

The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)

Thanks Laith, follow the instructions. thought is was solved but 5 minuts ago i had a freeze again.
in the mean while my bios is also updated to the last new one

i have these temps with OCCT when computer is just on internet isnt that a bit high? ( see attachment )
i will try furmark also.
i looked inside my case there is some dirty in it i will clean that also

what must i check for if i buying a new cpu cooler?

i have "Intel Core i5 3470 / 3.2 GHz - 4 cores"

tried that, was not a succes.

only thing what i can thinks of. i run windows from my ssd drive
and wow from my 1 tb hdd.

but for other games it works only not with wow

This is interesting, i activated the verifier control. i boot up and login and instant bsod.
reboot a couple of times but get the same issue. cause is: RZPMGRK.sys

i did this, i rerun the test now it crashes with GDRV.sys on login

did some research and i come out on Gigabyte motherboard, and i have that one to be exact:
Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H - Moederbord - micro ATX - LGA1155
Socket - H77 - USB 3.0 - Gigabit Ethernet - interne afb

uhm i never installed this programma...
where is it located?

i only have easytunengineservice. this is installed yesterday during updating drivers.
i will delete that and rerun te test
