
Yes I'd have been doing a silly dance if I'd been able when the card came through the door this morning.
I stuck with BT, our exchange is wholly owned by BT so even if I went with someone else if things go wrong you've got to go through them then they have to go through BT and as we've been with them a good while we've always had good service and I always negotiate a deal. OK I know I could get it cheaper but just how good are the others especially when things go wrong.Joan, did you check the options - once you have the enabled line it's not only BT that can offer the fibre to cabinet - Talk Talk, EE, Sky and probably a few of the smaller ISPs can offer it, Openreach are still called in to do the physical work but quite often the deals are better from other isp's than BT![]()

Got the email today to let me know that the router will be with me tomorrow, just have to connect it up to make sure it works then wait till Monday and activation.![]()
