From what I can remember the admin identified a code line reading
as being responsible for Windows 10 trying to download/install. After changing this via Command Promp Windows 10 stopped trying to download.
I'm not sure if I'll attempt the above changes but will keep them in mind if I decide to as I'm not comfortable with registry editing.
