Possibly two separate problems. The first is some sort of hardware-related memory thing, and the second may be a driver corrupting pool, though that could also be the first problem manifesting itself in a slightly different way.

Suggestions:
1) Don't overclock.
2) Make sure it's adequately cooled.
3) Run memory diagnostics.
4) On an elevated CMD prompt: VERIFIER /FLAGS 1 /ALL
5) Attach the minidump from the next crash(es) after that.
(6) [ONCE THIS IS FINISHED] Revert to standard settings: VERIFIER /RESET

Cpu is not overclocket and i just did a stress test and the temperature are all ok.
I'm waiting that system crash for attach the minidump.
Has happened that the computer is restarted without any message or warning... i don't undestand what can be the problem :(

On the surface, a bad write by the Intel driver for the embedded graphics:

Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd32.sys
Timestamp: Thu Sep 24 05:18:09 2009 (4ABA7471)

Try updating the motherboard (video) drivers, though given the relatively recent date it may not be possible.

There's also the possibility that the driver is just an unwitting victim. I saw something in one of your earlier dumps that made me suspect a hardware issue (though I can no longer recall what that was!). Try uploading more dumps as crashes occur.

i'm using the lastest driver available on intel's download center, but they are released on feb 2009, in my opinion are not too stable. anyway i'm looking for a new gpu. i will post the next minidump, when crashes occours :) thank guys :)

I've installed a new ge force 9600gt dp, now i'm testing it.
Unrtunately, nvidia driver (i've installed the latest 191.07) are just crashed 2 ore 3 times. I would like to undestand if is an hardware issue of the mainboard...
