Hello.

I am at random getting my Show Hidden Icons stuck in the foreground, and not dissapearing when I click anywhere else. Only way to fix it is to click the Show Hidden Icons button again.. it's a minor thing, but it's greatly irritating. Usually happens when I have clicked on a hidden icon in there, but that's not confirmed as again.. that happens at random, and sometimes when I didn't click anything. I posted an image just to show what I have in the hidden icons, I got a lot because I don't like it cluttering my notification area.

Try a different theme.. that gets me thinking. I got 2 screens, and I'm using a software called Ultramon only to have 2 different wallpapers on 2 different screens.. could that be causing the issue?

I can't say for sure.
Can you temporarily disable it so you can see if that fixes the problem ?
That's what doing a clean startup should help with in finding the cause for a problem.

I've tried some "multi-monitor utilities" and they caused issues for me, so i don't use them :(

If the dual screen isn't the problem take a look HERE for some common icon problems in taskbar.
Just keep scrolling down until you see what you may need to do.

I think you didn't fully read. I'm speaking about the Show Hidden Icon area, not the whole taskbar. My taskbar is always visible, like I want it to be.

I'm gonna have UltraMon shut down for a while, normally use my computer and see if I still encounter the issue I got.

Well, it happened again yesterday. With UltraMon shut. Gonna go through the other options you posted.

I can't help with fixing SFC errors :(
You could create a new thread in the http://www.sevenforums.com/windows-updates-activation/ sub-forum.
From what I've read, the experts that know how to manually fix SFC errors, hang out there, and might be able to help.
Unfortunately the most knowledgeable expert i know of, @NoelDP, is under the weather and might not be able to help now.

My prayers and wishes to NoelDP in a healthy recovery.

If no-one can help you manually fix your SFC errors, you might consider a Repair Install or a Clean Install.
Here's a few tutorials that might help if you're interested:
