Need Touchpad driver...can't download it.

Hello all,
I'm new to windows 7. I installed it on my Dell Inspiron e1505 32-bit. I have a question about my touchpad. I can't seem to scroll using it as I use to like I have before. I tried downloading the driver from Dell but I need to install microsoft framework 3.5 sp1. in order to get drivers from that website. Can anyone tell me how I can get the touchpad driver... Thanks!

If you will provide me with the link,or service tag # and I will try and download it for you then upload it to a file sharing site. Have you been able to dowload any other files? Why not just install the Synaptics touchpad drivers that you can get form Synaptics?

Drivers | Synaptics

They will work for your system.

dell uses synaptics.com drivers. I have a 1525 so yours uses the same
