crash dumps every restart - daily basis - Error: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR

Hi

I've been having an issue with my graphic card driver (just repplaced my card from an Nvidia card) and every time i restart my pc i get a blue screen and then pc starts normal.

I used WhoCrashed to see whats up and this is what he gave me:
4 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

I uninstalled and reinstalled all my AMD drivers twice... using the amd removal tool and still the problem goes on... Im clueless on what to try next... Help anyone?

Please follow this guide as it will help us solve your issue!

To Use DM Log Collector
1. Click/tap on the Download button below to download the file below.

2. Save the .exe file to your desktop or other convenient location.

3. Double click on the file to run it.

4. If prompted by UAC then, click/tap on Yes (Windows 7/8) or Continue (Vista).

5. A command prompt will now open to get the required information from your system, save the information into a YourComputerName-xxxx.zip file on your desktop, and close.

6. When finished with step 5, do either step 7 or 8 below.

7. If You Have Already Started a Thread in "BSOD Help and Support"

A) Go back to your original thread that you created for your BSOD issue, edit your existing post or reply with a new post, and go to step 9 below.

8. If You Have Not Already Started a Thread in "BSOD Help and Support"
NOTE: Please do not create duplicate threads and posts on the same issue. Doing so will only waste your time and the time of other members trying to help.

A) Start a new thread in the BSOD Help and Support forum area, post all details about your BSOD issue, then go to step 9 below.

Okay after having a look at your dump files I would recommend doing the following:

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Download and install drivers for your system from MSI Support

Do a malware scan. I can suggest using Adwcleaner.

I would also recommend you to run Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool preferably for 3-4 hours or overnight whichever is more handy for you!

And post back the results!
