Suitable/Compatible Free Audio Driver for Dolby Advanced audio sound

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad E550 laptop with Windows 7.

There are no enhancement features in the speakers properties section. I have realtek card reader...do I need realtek driver? I read that not all motherboards use realtek audio chips.

What would be a suitable/compatible FRE audio driver to download to enable louder sound.

It's not a free download though.

Does anyone know whether the realtek driver would be suitable for Dolby advanced audio sound?

Did you go to the right site??? Lenovo doesn't charge to download the drivers for your computer

Whilst I appreciate your help, I couldn't get to the audio driver with the last link you enclosed. I clicked on drivers, it asked for my serial number (? why?) I entered it and it didn't recognise it.

This link shows that it is not free

The first link you gave does go straight to a download but I would rather see it on a website first to assess it, e.g. ensure that it is free etc. Do you have a website link for it please?
